The ‘Sacred Study Essentials’ course is centered around the Book of God and the traditions of the Emissary of God. The focus of this programme is to provide individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, an opportunity to acquire a proficient understanding of that which is essential for them to know, in order that they may have an informed inspired relationship with their Lord.

The text which will be studied is based upon the classical works Quduri and Al-Ikhtayar, with a particular focus on contemporary issues. A discipline, from which all Islamic practices are learnt, be they personal or inter-personal.

This course will aim to provide students a understanding on matters relating to Islamic Theology and Sunni creed. The text covered will be The Book of Aqeeda (Muslim Creed) with commentary and hand-outs from various classical works. Islamic theology has been presented in various ways, be that in dogmatic texts, didactic poems, or expositional works.

Important Covid Information:


Under no circumstances should any visitor attend campus if they have a positive LFD or PCR test result or are displaying COVID-19 symptoms (new and persistent cough / high temperature – hot to touch / loss or change in the sense of smell or taste).A Government organised PCR test must be booked (if not already completed) if any of the above apply and where required, a full ten days self-isolation should follow (longer if symptoms persist). Where symptoms develop on campus, individuals should leave with immediate effect (and not return) and arrange a PCR test as above.
